This appeal is directed against order dated 14.02.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 38531 of 2024 whereby learned Single Judge stayed the orders impugned in the writ petition on account of pendency of the issue before the Larger Bench of Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2. Counsel for the appellant, with reference to order of this Court in Ram Krishna Vs. Secretary Krishi and others : 2025:AHC:111871-DB, made submissions that the order impugned cannot be sustained. 3. Counsel for the respondents contested the maintainability of the appeal. 4. Faced with the said circumstance, counsel for the appellant seeks withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to approach the learned Single Judge. 5.
