A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already dismissed special appeal bearing Special Appeal Defective no.272 of 2022 by a detailed order and has affirmed the judgment of the Single Judge i.e. the same judgment which is challenged herein. In fact, by the judgment dated 06.05.2022, two writ petitions bearing Writ A No.32882 of 2019 and Writ A No.8366 of 2017 were allowed. 5. Having gone through the Division Bench judgment, we see no reason to differ from the reasons given therein, rather we concur and dismiss this appeal al
