This is an appeal challenging a time bound order dated 27.06.2025 passed by the writ Court in Writ - A No. 6849 of 2025, belatedly. In the interregnum an application for vacation of the said order has also been filed recently. 3. Considering the fact that it is time a bound interim order for vacation of which an application has been filed even if recently i.e. after initiation of contempt proceedings, we see absolutely no reason to condone the delay.
