The present appeal is filed by the Appellant herein assailing the judgment dated 28.01.2022 (hereinafter referred to as ―Impugned Judgment‖), wherein the learned Single Judge had dismissed the Writ Petition bearing No. 13764/2009 on the ground that the inquiry proceedings initiated against the Appellant herein does not suffer from any infirmity. 2. Shorn of unnecessary details, the facts leading to the present appeal are as follows – a. The Appellant herein is an employee of the Respondent No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as ―Respondent Bank‖) since the year 1969 and has been in service for about 38 years.
