This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 37/2011, dated 17.04.2024, registered at P.S Sultanpuri, Delhi under Sections 452/323/341/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per allegations made in the FIR, on 15.04.2009, petitioners forcibly broke into the house of respondent no. 3, physically assaulted respondents with katta, sariya and lathis and snatched Rs. 5,000 and gold chains.
