This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 37/2011, dated 17.04.2024, registered at P.S Sultanpuri, Delhi under Sections 452/323/341/34 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per allegations made in the FIR, on 15.04.2009, petitioners forcibly broke into the house of respondent no. 3, physically assaulted respondents with katta, sariya and lathis and snatched Rs. 5,000 and gold chains. FIR No. 37/2011 was lodged at instance of respondent no. 2 under section 452/323/341/34 IPC. 3. During the course of proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes before the Mediation Centre, Rohini District Courts, Delhi and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 02.11.2023. Copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 02.11.2023 has been annexed as Annexure P-3. 4. Parties are physically present before the Court.
