This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No. 283/2019, dated 17.07.2019, registered at P.S B.H.D., Delhi under Sections 323/341/506 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. 2. As per allegations made in the FIR, petitioner misbehaved and physically assaulted respondent no. 2. Chargesheet has since been filed under sections 323/341/506/186/332/353 IPC against the petitioner.
