First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘B.N.S.S.’)/Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.), 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Applicant/Ravinder @ Bihari, in FIR No.0122/2024 under Sections 302/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as ‘IPC’), registered at Police Station Samaipur Badli, Delhi. 2. It is submitted that the first Bail Application filed before the learned Trial Court has been dismissed on technical grounds on 12.07.2025. 3. The case of the prosecution is that eye-witness, Naveen has stated that on 21.01.2024 at around 08-09:00 PM, when he came home from his work, his mother „S‟ informed him that his brother, Akshay after consuming liquor, has gone towards Railway Line. He went to the Railway Line and brought his brother with him.
