The case of the Prosecution is that a Complaint dated 03.09.2022 was received from Sh. Kaushik Kumar and six others, wherein it was alleged that the Applicant, Randeep Singh, induced the Complainant to pay and deliver a huge sum of Rs. 3,21,32,978/- on false representation and thereby, cheated him.
