The applicant Rajinder has preferred this application seeking grant of regular bail in FIR bearing no.121/2024, registered at Police Station Begumpur, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 370(4), 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [hereafter „IPC‟] and Section 81 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 [hereafter „JJ Act‟]. 2.
