Pandey, Advocate whose Power on behalf of Nagar Nigam- respondent nos.2 and 3 is taken on record. 2. The counsel for the Nagar Nigam, Lucknow states that taking cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner regarding alleged encroachment on Gata no.595, which is recorded as a 'rasta' in the revenue records, a team was constituted and inspection was conducted and the next date fixed is 26.09.2025. If any encroachment is found, it shall be removed. 3. The petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid statement, however without recording our own opinion and without prejudicing the rights, if any, of the persons alleged to have encroached the 'rasta'. We need not proceed any fur
