HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) No. - 992 of 2025 Dileep Kumar Dixit .....Petitioner(s) Versus State Of U.P. Thru. Collector /Distt. Magistrate Hardoi And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Hemant Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Jitendra Kumar Singh Court No. - 1 HON'BLE RAJAN ROY, J. HON'BLE PRASHANT KUMAR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the State and Sri Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.4. 2. The petition does not disclose in the pleadings as to what is the eligibility criteria, who are the persons who were ineligible and have been included in the list for grant of house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Sahri) and who are the eligible persons who have not been so included. We cannot entertain a public interest litigation with such casual pleadings. Moreover, learned Standing Counsel says that only a tentative list has been published inviting objections. The grievance of the petitioner who happens to be member of Nagar Panchayat, Pali, District-Hardoi appears to be that eligible persons of his ward have not been included . 3
