This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to respondent nos. 2 to 4 to remove illegal encroachments over the land occupied by respondent nos. 5 to 14 in Gata No. 76 recorded as 'Kabristan' in the revenue records. Further prayer has been made not to interfere with the possession of the community of the land in question. 2.
