The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties no. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment from the land Gata No. 163 area 0.0410 Hectare situated at Village-Kamipur, Pargana and Tehsil- Sandila, District-Hardoi and to do maintain the chakmarg on its original shape for the egress and ingress of the villagers forthwith, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties 2 to 4 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 18.8.2025 made by the petitioner contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition and
