Let it be taken on record and numbered by the office. 2. It is averred in the said affidavit that proceedings under Section 104/105 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been decided vide order dated 04.08.2025 holding the said proceedings to be not maintainable and dismissing the application. 3. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record. 4.
