This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of order dated 25.07.2025, passed by the Deputy Collector, Tarabganj, Gonda, whereby in relation to a fair price shop, the license holder has been given a warning and while forfeiting his security amount, his license has been reinstated. 2. Attempt has been made to question the validity of the order, however, after going through the record of the case, we do not find that the petitioner has any locus to question the validity of the order dated 25.07.2025 passed by the Competent Authority by way of a Public Interest Litigation.
