Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the Mandamus whereby directing in the public interest to the opposite parties No.2 and 3 to remove the illegal possesion and construction over the Gram Sabha Land Gata No.228/0.260 hectare, situated in the village- Gujarai, Pargana & Tehsil- Bilgram, District- Hardoi. " 3. Documents on record reveal that the proceedings are pending. The same is also stated by learned Standing Counsel in terms of the instructions received. 4.
