Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Nagendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.7 to 11. 2. The present petition has been filed as a PIL seeking demolition of the alleged constructions raised by respondent Nos.7 to 11. 3. Shri Nagendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.7 to 11 states that an FIR was lodged at the instance of respondent No.8 against the PIL petitioner. 4. The said fact has not been disclosed by the petitioner. Clearly, it is misuse of the PIL. 5. The petition stands dismissed with a cost of Rs.5,000/- on the petitioner. 6. The said cost shall be deposited by the petitioner before the District Magistrate within a period of four weeks, failing which, the same shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue.
