The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that despite an order passed on 30.11.2024 under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the same is not being executed. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that the petitioner has an equally efficacious remedy of approaching the authorities by moving an application under paragraph 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already moved such an application, which is pending. 5. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application for execution before respondent No.3, who shall pass orders thereupon, in accordance with law.
