On being asked as to whether Gata no. 200 is still recorded as 'talab', learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in 1974 itself, the land was recorded in the name of two persons, namely, Chet Ram S/O - Hare Ram & Smt. Shanti D/O - Rudra Prasad Tripathi. The khatauni of 1388 fasli in this regard is also on record. The said entries continue even today, as informed by the petitioner's Counsel. 3. We further asked him as to what is the actual position on the spot in respect of Gata no. 200 and whether it is still in the shape of 'talab', he submitted that it is not a 'talab' anymore and is a densely populated area.
