Let the petitioner approach the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat - Ugu, District - Unnao, raising his grievance regarding alleged encroachment on the relevant gata's which according to him are reserved for cattle. 3. The said officer shall get the facts inquired and if he finds that there is encroachment on the land which is under the control of Nagar Panchayat and vests in it, then he shall do the needful as per law, but with promptness. 4. If nothing happens within a period of two months, the petitioner can approach this Court again. 5. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. September 11
