The petitioners apprehend irregularities by opposite party no.7, who has been appointed as Booth Level Officer, for the said elections which are yet to be notified. We cannot entertain the writ petition merely on apprehension. In future, if there is cause, the petitioners may approach the District Election Officer concerned. The writ petition is disposed of.
