In fact, in para 9 of the writ petition he has stated that one Shanti Tripathi W/o Chandra Bhushan Tripathi has got recorded her name in respect of the said 'talab' in connivance with the tehsil officials and has executed a post sale deed in favour of Siya Dulari in respect of part thereof and Siya Dulari in turn has sold
