Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly the opposite party No.2 and 3 to remove the encroachment from the land lying in Gata No.669 measuring area 0.0050 hectare, Gata No.927 measuring area 0.0660 hectare and Gata No.934 measuring area 0.1230 hectare situated at Village Hayatpur, Pargana- Barausa, Tehsil- Jaisinghpur, District- Sultanpur within stipulated time." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the pending
