Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ petition order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 4 to implement/execute the order dated 31.08.2024 passed by the Tehsildar Tanda, District Ambedkar in the interest of justice, which is contained as Annexure No: 1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that after the order was passed under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, a recall application has been filed, which is pending. 4. In view of the said instructions, the petition is disposed off with direction to decide the recall application expeditiously and in accordance with law preferably within a period of ninety days.
