Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ajey Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Court No. - 1 HON'BLE RAJAN ROY, J. HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J. Heard. The petitioner alleges sale of certain land, however, there is no document on record such as Khatauni etc., which would demonstrate as to who owns the land on which temple has been constructed. Remedy in such matters is not by way of a PIL under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner, if he has a locus and cause, can avail the appropriate remedy. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. (Manjive Shukla,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
