The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: " To issue a writ in nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to make a survey of the gata no-921 recorded in name of khalihan area 0.8580 hectare, and gata no.910 as chak road, in revenue record, situated at village Sarai Baggha, Tehshil- Baldirae, District-Sultanpur and demarcate by installing stone the area of khalihan and chakroad and demolish the illegal construction i.e. encroachment over it." 2. The learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that an order under Section 67 has already been issued, and thereafter a notice has been served in respect of the Gata No.921 and the order of execution shall be concluded expeditiously. 3. In view thereof, this petition is disposed of with direction that the order passed shall be executed
