Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. Parties concerned to get removed the illegal encroachment made over the Gram Sabha Pond Land gata no. 301 area 0.0730 hectare situated in Village Meerganj Mauja Beerpur Visen Pargana, Tehsil and District Gonda from the land grabbers and bhumafias in the interest of justice." 3.
