Petitioner alleges encroachment on Gaon Sabha land whereas learned Standing Counsel says that alleged encroacher has filed a suit wherein a temporary injunction has been granted. 4. These are not the matters to be seen under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. There are remedies prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 subject to there being any legal impediment in this regard. Petitioner, if he has a cause, can avail other remedies. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
