Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Mohan Singh who appears for the Gaon Sabha. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 1, 2 & 3 to take action against the illegal revenue record entry which is being made by opposite party No.4 to 7, in public interest." 3. Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the Gram Panchayat has already filed an application under section 34 for correction of the revenue entries, which is pending. The instructions are taken on record. 4. In view thereof, no good ground for interference, at the instance of the petitioner, is made out. 5. The petition is disposed off. (Pankaj Bhatia,J.)
