Petitioner alleges that a school is being run on pond land bearing Gata No.665 (New Gata no.350) whereas learned Standing Counsel has instructions that school is not being run on old Gata no.665 as, during consolidation out of original Gata No.665, three new gatas bearing Gata nos.350Ka, 350Kha and 350Ga were formed. The pond exists only on Gata No.350Ga and school is being run on the other newly carved out gatas. 3. We cannot go into such disputed questions of fact. Petitioner, if there is a cause, can avail other remedies, however, before doing so, he should go through the decision of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in the case of 'Jagpal Singh & Ors. vs. State of Punjab & Ors.' reporte
