The petitioner wants the private opposite party to be transferred from the post of Principal at Jai Prakash Narayan Sarvodaya Vidhyalaya (Balika) Mohan Road Lucknow on the ground that she has remained there for 25 years. 2. Such a matter cannot be entertained as a Public Interest Litigation as it essentially relates to service condition of the said officer. 3. The Public Interest Litigation is dismissed only on this ground. 4.
