HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J. 1. The petitioner is a Corporator of Nagar Praishad, Tanda, therefore, he has an interest in the functioning and non-functioning of the Chairman of the said Parishad. As the petition is for his removal, therefore, this can't be entertained as a Public Interest Litigation. The petitioner would be a person aggrieved as he has an interest and direct role in the functioning of the Nagar Parishad, which is headed by the Chairman, therefore, if there is no other legal impediment, he may prefer a petition as an aggrieved person. 2.
