To issue a writ, order or directions in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 4, to take a necessary action against the respondent no. 8 and removed the illegal encroachment from the land Gata No. 274, and also directed the respondent no. 8 not to illegally encroached Upon the Land Gata No. 274 registered in Khalihan/Gram sabha land in Revenue record situated In Village- Singthi, Jhaliyava Bhadar, Police Station- Peeparpur, Tehsil- Amethi, District- Amethi. 2. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 & 4 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2025 contained as Annexure No. 9 in this writ petition."
