Petitioner alleges fraudulent entry of a land earmarked for civil aviation, in the name of Bhumidhars, whereas learned Standing Counsel says that exchange of land has taken place under Section 161 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 vide order dated 22.08.2008 passed in Case No.23. Though the order is not available with learned Standing Counsel but written instructions are available. 3. We see no reason to proceed any further. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner if he has locus standi and a cause to pursue the other remedies or inform the Collector about the facts in his knowledge. 4.
