The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party no. 1 to 4 to get an inquiry conducted into the matter against the opposite party no. 6 and 7 and taking action for illegal possession of land Gata No. 257, 196, 256, 363, 471, 514Gha, 555, 564, 1161Ka, total measuring area 15.6220 Hectare situated at Gram Sabha Karim Nagar, Block-Pihani, Tehsil- Shahabad, District Hardoi, which is the land of above said Gram Sabha in the interest of justice." 3. The Khatauni on record indicates that the land in question is not a public utility land, as such, the relief as sought by the petitioner in a PIL, cannot be grante
