This petition purportedly in public interest was filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Project Director, District Rural Development Agency, Ghazipur to take action in accordance with law in respect of running of four schools only on papers by respondent no. 4. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that a detailed affidavit has been filed inter-alia indicating the falsity of the averments. 3. We notice that an application seeking withdrawal of the petition was filed on 11.04.2013 apparently in view of the counter affidavit filed seeking withdrawal of the petition to challenge the orders annexed therein. 4. None is present for the petitioner. 5. In view of the above fact situation, the petition is dismissed. Insofar as seeking liberty is concerned, due to passage of time, no such liberty can now be granted. (Kshitij Shailend
