On the basis of written instructions received from the District Magistrate, Prayagraj dated 08.09.2025, it is stated by Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel that the encroachment has been removed. There is a report submitted by the District Magistrate, Prayagraj also dated 08.09.2025 through the Registrar (Compliance) where it is stated in paragraph 4: "4- मा० उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश दिनाक 21.08.2025 के समादर में तहसीलदार हडिया से आख्या प्राप्त की गयी। तहसीलदार हंडिया द्वारा आख्या दिनाक 07.09.2025 प्रस्तुत की गयी है कि ग्राम धोबहों परगना केवाई तहसील हंडिया जनपद प्रयागराज की आराजी संख्या 857 रकबा 0.2830 हे० तालाब के नाम दर्ज है। जिसके आशिक भाग पर कादिर आविद व जावेद पुत्रगण मो० युसुफ द्वारा टीन सेड, शौचालय व सहन बनाकर अवैध कब्जा किया गया था। जिसके विरूद्ध उ०प्र० राजस्व संहिता, 2006 की धारा 67 के अन्तर्गत न्यायालय तहसीलदार हंडिय
