The petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 to remove the illegal encroachment of respondent Nos. 6 to 9 over Arazi No. 274 Kha, area 0.1380 hectare recorded as Pokhri in the revenue record of Village Manpur, Pargna-Chiraiyakot, Tehsil-Muhammdabad Gohna, District-Mau. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for producing the Khatauni and the representaitons made in quick succession from 16.07.2025, nothing has been placed on record to substantiate the allegations made regarding the construction standing/being done at the land recorded as Pokhri. 3. Filing of petitions, which are wholly cursory in nature, only with a view to seek roving inquiry, based on the allegations made, cannot be entertained, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
