A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner is a resident of Sikandrabad, District-Bulandshahr and has sought to question the revenue record based on the material starting from the year 1946 onwards. 3. The petition is totally silent qua the credentials of the petitioner as to in what manner, the petitioner, resident of District-Bulandshahr came in possession of the documents in question and what prompted him to initiate the investigation into the matter. 4. From the material available on record, it is apparent that the petitioner, essentially, is a name giver and acting at the behest of someone else,
