This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove encroachment from the road leading to the petitioner's house created by respondent Nos. 7 to 10 and construct the interlocking on the way/road within the stipulated period fixed by the Court. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the dispute appears to be between the petitioner and her neighbours pertaining to the way leading to her house. 3. Filing of the petition, in the nature of public interest qua the individual interest of the petitioner, cannot be countenanced. 4.
