This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the authorities for removal of encroachments by respondents no. 5 to 8 over several Arazis, which, according to the petitioner, are recorded as Kabristan, Naveen Parti, pond and Banjar. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that in one of the representations, the petitioner has indicated some personal dispute with the respondents, wherein it has been alleged that parental land belonging to the family of the petitioner, has been encroached by the respondents and they are threatening the petitioner.
