This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove illegal encroachments over several Arazis claiming the same to be meant for public utility. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for producing few Khataunis and a general representation made, nothing has been alleged or brought on record to indicate the nature of encroachments, if any, and the alleged encroachers have not been impleaded as party respondent to the petition. 3. Filing of Public Interest Litigation of the present nature cannot be entertained. The same is, therefore, dismissed. 4.
