This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the brick kiln which is being operated by respondent no.4 in the name of Sona Brick Kiln is affecting his mango orchard. 2. Besides the fact that the cause apparently is personal to the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Pollution Control Board ('Board') has produced instructions inter alia indicating that the brick kiln in question is operating since 2007 after consent to operate was granted by the respondent Board which consent to operate has been renewed and is in currency up to 31.07.2029. 3. In view of the fact that the brick kiln in question is operating under a valid permission granted by the Board, we do not find any reason to entertain the present PIL. The sam
