This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents for taking cognizance under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against one Rahul Sweets and Restaurant. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that already proceedings are pending against the said Rahul Sweets and Restaurant, as reflected from the report of the Lekhpal (Annexure-3). 3. Filing of a petition, only for the sake of publicity without even looking at the document which the petitioner himself has annexed with the petition, cannot be countenanced.
