This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to make fair inquiry about misuse of government funds by the Village Pradhan (respondent No.4) for the rural development programme budget under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act and other development for the social development of the village. 2.
