Submissions have been made that khasra in question is in dispute qua which Writ C No. 33682 of 2010 is pending consideration before this Court wherein the respondents therein have been restrained from allotting the land in dispute to any other person and the petitioners in the writ petition have been restrained from alienating the land in question to any other person. 3.
