This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents not to allow to fix mobile tower in the middle of the 'abadi' of the village. 2. Submissions made are that on account of ill effects of the mobile tower, the residents would suffer and that the tower has been set up contrary to the guidelines meant for the purpose. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perusal of the record, the plea raised pertaining to the alleged harmful effects of the tower apparently is baseless and essentially based on hearsay.
