This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner alleging encroachment by respondent No. 6 over the Gata No. 2363 Kha, area 0.064 hectare situated at Nagar Panchayat, District Chitrakoot. 2. A perusal of the writ petition along with representation made fails to indicate any trigger for the petitioner to claim any public interest involved in the matter. Further, from the representation made (Annexure No. 7), it is apparent that litigation pertaining to the land in question between one Santosh Kumar and State, is going on, wherein allegations have been made that one Shiv Prasad has not been impleaded as party, which indicates some personal interest of a third party. 3.
