This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner by placing on record a 'Jamabandi', one photograph and a representation alleging the construction being undertaken on a government land. 2. The petition is absolutely cursory as the same does not indicate any kind of research and investigation into the allegations made, even the relevant documents reference whereof have been made in the representation have not been produced, and also the averments have not been made in the petition pertaining to some Government Order passed vesting the land in the State Government. 3. Filing of Public Interest Litigation in a causal manner, without caring for establishing a case involving public interest and lacking particulars and documents, cannot be entertained.
