This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking to question the validity of fisheries lease granted in favour of respondent no.6 on 30.10.2021. 2. A perusal of the writ petition as well as the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Azamgarh reveals that the petitioner apparently has personal grievance qua the allotment which was made in the year 2021 as he filed proceedings in the year 2023 alleging that on account of the operations undertaken by respondent no.6 for the fisheries purposes, his father's school, which is next to the leased area, is getting affected, based on which he challenged the grant of lease.
